1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or otherwise accessing the 1kk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 1kk. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

1kk supports fast, secure transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through trusted local payment methods. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Availability may vary.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any portion of 1kk content without express written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology used to deliver the 1kk platform.
• Using 1kk's brand name, trademarks, or trade dress in any manner that could cause confusion or dilute brand identity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1kk and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if 1kk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1kk's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 1kk account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action and whether it is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or any breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels. 1kk's support team is available 24/7 to handle queries and complaints before any formal dispute process is initiated.

11. Amendments and Termination

1kk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of material changes to these terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via on-site notices or email. Continued use of 1kk following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. You may close your 1kk account at any time by contacting our support team, provided that all pending wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions have been satisfied. Any balance remaining in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard payment procedures.
